Young students: “I keep trying even when things are hard?”
Older students, teens and adults: Recovering quickly when there are problems.
During the next four weeks we will be discussing the following:
Week 1: Resilience is that part of you that keeps you trying even when trying is difficult or hard.
Week 2: Losing can be the quickest way to learn something new.
Week 3: What are the questions we should ask our self when something is challenging to us?
Week 4: Understand how being humble both when you win and when you lose it is so important.
