Young children: Anger Management means, “I calm myself down when I feel angry!”
Older children, Teens, and Adults: Anger Management means dealing with anger in a positive safe, and fair way.
During the next four weeks we will be discussing the following:
Week 1: Tuning in: What makes us angry and how does it feel?
Week 2: Taking Powerful Steps: How can we cope with anger?
Week 3: Taking Powerful Steps: How do we deal with everyday triggers?
Week 4: Tuning back in: Reviewing behavior, letting go and following up.
